You are the fall without
The water;
The push of the wave
Without meeting
The shoreline;
The silence
Without the quiet rustle of
Limbs holding onto each other
To proceed it;
You are the wish of being together
Without its fulfillment;
I am both the wait
And impatience that comes
With this wishing.

I am Karina Melencio and I consider myself to be an anxious, nervous yet driven writer that has written for as long as I can remember.
